This is a Heidi Klum face we have not seen before. Usually she has a big smile, but come to think of it, we haven’t seen her smile in a long time. She must not be happy with her life right now. Maybe all that yakking her estranged husband Seal did about their divorce rubbed her the wrong way. We bet she’s hoping for a civilized divorce like Katy Perry and Russell Brand, but the fact is, Seal might cost her some big bucks.

The OTHER German model who dated Seal for a year before he met Heidi Klum has made a public statement advising Heidi NOT to go back to him. Tatjana Patitz was Seal’s girlfriend in 1997 and she described him to In Touch as “a selfish and immature man who cannot control his volcanic temper.” Tatjana emphasized that Seal “has anger issues and he’s not a nice person.” For the sake of their children Tatjana advised Heidi “Divorce him! You’re better off without him!”

SEAL WANTS YOU TO THINK HE’S “MISTER NICE GUY”

What can Heidi Klum be thinking as she watches her estranged husband Seal traipse from one TV interview to another, sounding off about the state of his marriage. He obviously is not happy about being accused of having an anger problem so he approaches each interviewer with folded hands and a very soft voice, just oozing charm. He’s told several journalists the same thing: “I’m only talking to YOU because you’ve always been kind to me.” Really. When Seal doesn’t have a record to promote, he despises and CURSES the press. Because of Heidi and the split, reporters are interested in him now and he’s using every trick to promote his album and make himself look like a nice guy. It’s nauseating.

LOOKS LIKE HEIDI KLUM FINALLY HAD ENOUGH OF SEAL’S BAD DISPOSITION

So Heidi Klum finally came to her senses. We weren’t the least bit surprised to learn that her 48 year old husband Seal’s bad temper was the cause of the split. We always wondered why she put up with his nasty disposition. Years ago we were huge fans of Seal and met him at a Hollywood party. We approached him in a pleasant, polite way but found him to be surprisingly unfriendly and arrogant, with a macho attitude. His poisonous disposition and manners didn’t seem to change throughout the event. We later heard more stories about his negative behavior and were shocked when Heidi Klum married him. The twosome never stopped raving about how wonderful the other one was. (Who were they trying to convince?) Seven years and several kids later, hardworking “Project Runway” host Heidi, 38, is super successful and Seal’s career is stagnant at best. Heidi grew tired of all the angry outbursts and apologies and she’s moving on with her life.

We were somewhat intrigued when CBS ordered a new show “The Same Name” in which celebrities swap lives with everyday people who happen to have the same name. For example, Kathy Griffin could step into the life of a marriage counselor, or Mario Lopez might assume the identity of a dance instructor or termite inspector and trade lives during the stunt. CBS was happy with the success of “I Get That A Lot” in which celebs pretended to be ordinary people in fast food joints etc. (Above, Jessica Simpson and Heidi Klum on “I Get That A Lot”)

HOTEL GUESTS WANT HEIDI KLUM AND SEAL TO BEAT IT

Guests at the luxurious Kahala Hotel in Honolulu are not ENJOYING the sight of Heidi Klum frolicking on the beach – they’re COMPLAINING about her! Heidi and Seal and their kids are making a huge production out of their stay at the fancy hotel. When the family is on the beach they have two obvious bodyguards with earpieces and fanny packs, patrolling the sand. If an innocent Japanese tourist picks up his camera to take a picture, the guards pounce and accuse him of trying to sneak photos of Heidi. The wealthy hotel guests are insulted and angry. Both Eminem and Gwen Stefani were recent visitors at the same hotel with NO fanfare and NO bodyguards.

This photo is a joy to behold. For once, Miss Perfect Heidi Klum doesn’t look so hot. The outfit she’s stuffed into is really unflattering in many ways. And she did indulge in amusement park snacks, including diet busting Cheetos. She took her three kids to Legoland with a full contingent of bodyguards and nannies. Seal had other things to do.

Seal drives a silver Bentley of his own and now they have his n’ hers gold and silver Bentleys. Heidi’s version included customized baby seats for the car, which cost around $250,000 total. Keep in mind Heidi and Seal are spokespersons for Volkswagen in Germany.

Sources say Heidi butts to the front of lines and browbeats the clerks trying to help her. Yes, beautiful Heidi is described as “pushy and unpleasant.” But here’s a surprise: the clerks’ absolute FAVORITE celebrities are Kimora Lee Simmons and her boyfriend Djimon Hounsou!

They surrounded her with mannequins that look exactly like her, wearing the jeans! If Victoria Beckham had made a similar effort, her jeans might not have landed in the mark-down bins.

Is it a white pump or a work of art? Heidi Klum contemplates a purchase at the Stuart Weitzman store on Rodeo Drive. She struck a ballet pose while holding the white shoe up to the window as she scrutinized the color and style. The Project Runway star spent over an hour trying on shoes, including the soft boots next to her. She ended up buying six pairs, so the salesman was happy.

Heidi’s back in town! Here’s Heidi Klum arriving from New York at LAX July 12. Check out those great boots! She’s here to promote the new season of Project Runway (one of my absolute favorites!) and this is the first evidence we’ve seen of her latest pregnancy. Judging from Runway’s opening show – also July 12- Heidi will have her hands full with some of those new contestants. We predict fireworks between Jeffrey, the outspoken rocker with tattoos, (we’re SO relieved he wasn’t eliminated!) and Malan, the Euro type guy with the snooty attitude and devilish laugh.
